We are a movement born at and supported by the University of California, Irvine in Orange County, California. We have a strong network of community, philanthropic, and industrial partners.
Form strong collaborations with companies committed to recruiting, retaining, and promoting females in technology. We will work together to set new standards that break old gender based biases and practices.
Influence the avenues for women in tech to achieve equitable representation/status, compensation, and recognition.
Take action to help underrepresented individuals in tech to become more empowered to overcome the ever changing impediments to success.
